She has been proudly serving the clients of Boho Chic Clinique since 2022 and was promoted to Lead Aesthetician in 2024. Known for her warm demeanor and exceptional clinical expertise, Madi specializes in laser treatments, facials and medical-grade skincare.

Madilynn’s passion for the aesthetics industry stems from her own personal journey with acne in her teenage years and continuing into adulthood. This first hand experience fuels her empathy, dedication & deep understanding of what her clients are going through — making her not only a skilled professional, but also a trusted guide to help you achieve clearer, healthier skin.

She grew up in Effingham, and graduated from EHS. She completed her Cosmetology License and Aesthetics License in 2021. Her and her husband, Logan reside in Effingham with their fur babies. Beyond the treatment room, Madilynn enjoys traveling to new places, getting lost in a good book and indulging in her love for fashion and shopping.

With over 15 years in a plastic surgery practice and 3 years in a dermatology office, Kathryn has developed extensive expertise in both corrective and preventative skin health. Tabi Hall is our Director and Certified Medical Assistant at Boho Chic Clinique, Tabi brings both experience and compassion to her role with her background in Women’s healthcare. Tabi grew up in Windsor, Illinois and now is proud call Mattoon home, Tabi is married to her best friend, Blake. Together they are raising four wonderful kids who keep them busy and full of joy. She Graduated from Lake Land College with Associates Degree in Science and Medical assistant. She began working at Women’s healthcare following graduation.

She leads with compassion and a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin and is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care to every patient who walks through our door.

Our visionary Founder, Tara McAllaster, grew up in Charleston, Illinois and received her B.A. from Eastern Illinois University. After a 10-year career in Medical Sales within the St. Louis market, she retired to focus on their growing family. She and Jason are blessed with 3 beloved sons, who they spend most of their free time chasing from ball fields to ball courts.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in the Skincare Industry, and she’s had aspirations of opening a MedSpa in Central Illinois since their move home in 2009.
